I interviewed with the Assistant General Manager of Operations and the Assistant General Manager of Human Resources. They talked about 3 types of work: 'Front-line' (which is shipyard work, the main money maker, and hard work), 'headquarters' (for planning and control), and 'support' (like logistics and procurement). The AGMO did most of the talking and asked the questions. The AGMHR mostly watched but was still there. The AGMO explained all the job areas and asked me to pick which one I liked best.

I applied at the career fair and within a month, HR called me about my internship experience, interests, and why I wanted to join. Then, I was scheduled for an interview that was 2 days later. The interview lasted 30 minutes and was with HR and an AGM (Operations). They asked general questions, looking for people who are passionate and can handle stress in production, especially with tight deadlines. The AGM also talked about job challenges, the environment, and working hours.

They asked about my willingness to travel, work extended hours, and endure a harsh working environment.
