Had a terrible conversation with HR. They offered an 8 dollar standard rate for overtime beyond 1 hour. No weekend or public holiday pay, and you have to work according to ship docking. Medical benefits is only through the yard doctor. No 13th-month bonus. HR was very rude when I said I didn't want the job. When asked why I would like to reject, I said due to medical benefits. Her reply was if your current medical benefits is so great, why did you apply to Keppel. I would recommend not working here just based on HR's attitude.

Behavioral Technical

I first met with some recruiters at my university's career fair. They were super friendly, and a lot of them were actually alums from my school. After that, I had two rounds of interviews. The first round had an HR person and two engineers, and the second round had a senior section manager and one engineer. It was pretty straightforward, but I had to think about some questions regarding my long-term career plans at the company.
