Marketing Specialist
The communication was really good throughout the interview process. Even though I didn't get the job in the end, I was still happy with how everything went because they were really helpful in answering all my questions. It was one of the better interview experiences I've had since I started looking for a job about a year ago.
- Can you share an instance where a marketing campaign you managed did not yield the expected results, and describe the steps you took to address it?
Sales Associate
Super easy process! They went over my resume, and I had one interview about my experience, and they hired me on the spot. The questions were easy, mostly about my resume and how I handled conflict with a customer. The manager was great, and the onboarding was a simple online process.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to resolve a customer complaint?
- Could you tell me about your resume?
- How have you handled customer conflict in the past?
Retail Associate
The store manager reached out to me two days after I applied. We scheduled an interview for a few days later, but on the day of, she had to cancel due to a family emergency and asked to reschedule for the next day. I agreed, understanding that. Then, she ghosted me for another four days before finally responding, apologizing and asking to set up an interview for the following day. I responded, and then she ghosted me again. I'm really confused and frustrated by this whole experience.
- No questions were asked because the interview did not happen.
Public Relations Lead
I had a phone chat with a talent acquisition manager first, then two more interviews over Teams, all within a couple of weeks. It took about a month after the last interview to get any word on updates or what's next, even though I followed up multiple times. The interviews themselves were pretty laid-back and not too tough. They asked for my writing samples and a portfolio.
