Behavioral Case

We had a 90-minute phone call that included behavioral and case study parts. Then, there was a take-home case study that took about 2 hours to complete. After that, it was a 4-hour superday with four 1-hour interviews, and each of those had both behavioral and case study components.

Case Behavioral Presentation

Had one initial phone call with HR, followed by a mini case study and behavioral questions conducted over Teams. They then ghosted me, which felt a bit unprofessional. The case interview was pretty standard and not overly difficult. The behavioral questions were also straightforward.

Behavioral Case

This was my first case interview experience, and I feel like I didn’t do great, which is fine, I get why I wasn't hired. The initial round, which included behavioral questions and a mini case, was done over the phone. I found this really intimidating for my first case interview. Trying to fit both behavioral questions and a case into a single 60-minute interview meant there wasn't really time for me to ask my own questions. I emailed my questions to the interviewer, and they mentioned I'd likely hear from HR within a week. However, I was rejected the very next day. The really frustrating part is that Kaiser apparently has a policy against providing interview feedback, which is a shame because they seem to hire a lot of young professionals who would really benefit from that kind of input.

Behavioral Technical Case

Had a standard phone interview. They asked a lot about my CV, previous roles, and experience. They also wanted to know how I’d handle difficult situations and conflict. Managing a team was a big point of emphasis. Then we did a short case study where they explicitly told me not to ask about costs or revenues and to focus on the qualitative side of the acquisition.

  • How do you approach market sizing and what are your behavioral competencies?
  • Describe your experience with market sizing and behavioral questions.
