The interview process started with a mini case and a written assessment. Then, there was a super day which included four interviews: two case interviews and two behavioural interviews. This is a pretty standard process for consulting. I would recommend practicing quick maths and knowing how to funnel down market sizing numbers.

Behavioral Case
The first round was a 1-hour interview with a mix of behavioral and case questions. The second round was a 1 hour 30 minute timed written case. The final round consisted of two case interviews and two behavioral interviews, each lasting 1 hour. These were scheduled over Zoom over two days. During one of the behavioral interviews, the VP didn't show up, and I waited for 45 minutes, only to be told later by the recruiter that they had forgotten to let me know it was cancelled. They also messed up my name several times throughout the process, and many of the emails, including the final rejection, were automated. It felt a bit offensive given the effort I put in. The employees seemed unfriendly and uninterested, and all mentioned that the work hours were very long and tough.

Case Behavioral Technical
This is a great, up-and-coming company with a lot of talent. The whole interview process took around 6-8 weeks. It started with a LinkedIn contact, followed by a phone screen, and then an onsite interview. I didn't get feedback on my onsite until 2-3 weeks later. The onsite had 4 people: 2 VPs, a Manager, and a Consultant. There was a case study, a fit interview, a knowledge interview, and the chat with the junior consultant seemed to be about how they saw me as a new senior level consultant.
