Had one initial phone call with HR, followed by a mini case study and behavioral questions conducted over Teams. They then ghosted me, which felt a bit unprofessional. The case interview was pretty standard and not overly difficult. The behavioral questions were also straightforward.

I applied via Linkedin and sent both managers my CV and Cover Letter as requested. Received an email about 2 weeks later to schedule a first round phone interview. This interview was 10 minutes for a walkthrough of my resume and then a case interview that lasted for about 45 minutes. Was invited to a second round interview about 3 weeks after which was a phone behavioral interview with the manager from their HQ in DC. The manager mentioned that if I would be called back for the third round interview, it would be a more rigorous case study interview. I personally thought that the time the managers took to revert to me was longer than what they mentioned 'soon'. They're not really responsive via emails, however only expect a reply if they're interested in you.

So, the process starts with resume and application review during on-campus recruiting. Then, there's a first round phone interview that lasts about 30-45 minutes. This initial call is mostly behavioral and fit questions, but they did ask one market sizing question. After that, if you pass, you move on to the Superday, which is an in-person visit. The Superday includes one fit interview (30 minutes), two case interviews (each 45 minutes), and then a written case that takes about 90 minutes in total.
