The interview process had 4 stages. I met with the recruiter, some future coworkers, my direct manager, and a senior leader. It was a quick process and the recruiter kept me updated. You should know your resume inside and out and be ready for technical questions related to the job description. I got an offer but turned it down for personal reasons. The team was great to talk to and helpful.

The whole interview process was poorly planned and executed. We had to reschedule the second interview (on Zoom) because the coordinator forgot to add the project manager, which was a bit of a hiccup, but I get that things happen. Then, they flew me out for a fourth 'in-person' interview, but it ended up being me in a conference room with people on Zoom from different parts of the country. All the interviews were back-to-back and they asked the same questions repeatedly; a panel interview would have made more sense. It took them three weeks to get back to me after saying I'd hear within a week. The interview team had poor communication and planning.

Had a few phone screens with the HR recruiter first, then they asked me to come in for an onsite interview. The onsite lasted about 8 hours and I met with 6 interviewers. After the onsite, I didn't hear much unless I reached out to the recruiter. For several weeks, I was told that interview panel members were out of the office and they needed their feedback. More than a month later, the recruiter mentioned they were still deciding if they still needed the role and would let me know by the end of that week. I decided to stop pursuing the role at that point.

The interview process was pretty chill, which was nice. It started with a phone call, then a Zoom meeting, and finally a site visit. I thought the last interview went really well because they asked if I was excited and when I could start. So, I quit my job right away because I was super excited. But then, two weeks passed and I heard nothing. I emailed two different people and they said they were still interviewing other people. Six more weeks went by, and I had to reach out to the lead mechanic to find out they weren't going to hire me. By then, I didn't even care about the job anymore, but I was really annoyed about the lack of communication and how they kept me in the dark. I felt like if I hadn't known the lead mechanic, I would have been completely ghosted. On the plus side, they did pay for my travel expenses. I wish the company the best and hope they stop leaving people hanging like that.
