The recruiter reached out on LinkedIn to set up an interview. After I sent some available times, she just stopped responding. Then about a month later, she called out of the blue. During the interview, she seemed unsure about what she was looking for and asked really general questions, unable to pinpoint the roles she needed to fill. After that, there was just silence. Really unprofessional and rude.
