After completing the HR and Operations interviews, there was a complete lack of communication from the HR department. No emails or calls provided any updates, and even the headhunter couldn't get a response from the organization. Despite being rushed to complete the interview rounds because the role was a priority and management wanted to fill it quickly, the organization failed to provide any feedback, even a simple rejection.

The interview day had two parts: an aptitude test and then the main interview. The aptitude test was pretty challenging, mainly covering English comprehension, Algorithms (technical), and some quantitative questions that were moderately tough. After the aptitude, they announced the results, and only a few candidates moved on. The interview itself involved a panel of two interviewers who asked about my skills, projects, and SQL queries related to databases. The interview was a bit tough, but if you're good enough, you can definitely make it. Good luck!

So first there was HR and the Deputy Manager. We started with introductions, then they asked me about my past job experience. They wanted to know more details about what I did, challenges I faced, and what my previous manager thought of me. Then they asked what insurance is and why I'm interested in it. The last part was the hardest for me since I don't have insurance experience and don't know how to read policies. They gave me a client's insurance policy to read and then asked me questions about it.

It was a third-party contract, but the process was managed very timely. It started with an HR Round, followed by an aptitude test (which was good and tricky). Then came the ops round with a two-member team, where they drilled me thoroughly on my past work, qualifications, experience, and my personality.
