It did not go well. I gave the wrong answer to one of the questions, but the interviewer is very professional and young. He was trying to help me rephrase the question from time to time.

The interviews had several parts to see if I'd be a good fit technically and with the company. First, a recruiter or HR person did an initial screening call (15-30 min) to check my background, experience, and why I wanted the job. Then, a technical interview with a team lead or expert focused on hands-on skills like troubleshooting and system knowledge, with some situational and problem-solving questions. There was also a competency-based interview to gauge my soft skills and how I handled past situations related to teamwork, customer service, and adapting to change, fitting with company values. Finally, a panel of people like the manager, a peer, and HR assessed my overall fit and long-term potential, possibly with a presentation or case study. I got to ask my own questions too. They gave feedback quickly and laid out the offer and next steps if I got it.
