I applied for a Delivery Driver job and got an email pretty quick to set up an in-person interview. I picked a time, and they sent a bunch of reminders via text and email. When I got there a little early, I told the cashier I was there to interview. The person making bread dough said they were too busy to do an interview today and couldn't do it. They didn't apologize or try to reschedule, just said they were too busy. It was pretty disappointing since I'm a customer and a rewards member. I want to let HR know about this and withdraw my application.

The hiring manager called me to set up the interview. They asked me basic stuff about myself and my work/school habits. Then they gave me an overview of the company policies and the job. After that, I was given a menu to memorize and was told I'd be tested on it. I had a week to memorize it, and the test was scheduled for the first interview.

You'll find the job posting on sites like Indeed or Glassdoor. The application will require your personal details, work history, when you can work, and maybe a resume. Typically, it's a casual chat with the hiring manager or the business owner. They might ask about your past jobs, your availability, and why you're interested in working at Jimmy John's. For some roles, especially management positions, you could have more than one interview.
