Product Designer
The hiring process was really great and they have a culture of integrity. I interviewed for a senior design role and the whole thing was excellent from beginning to end. The recruiters and hiring manager were super communicative, organized, and really seemed interested in finding someone who was a good fit. What I loved most was how honest they were with feedback. Even when they decided to go with other people, the feedback I got was really thoughtful, clear, and totally on point. It wasn't just a generic rejection; it was a professional evaluation that gave me real clarity. It’s pretty rare to see a company care this much about every part of the candidate's experience. There were no downsides. The process was quick and the communication was top-notch the whole way through. My advice to management is to keep doing this. This level of transparency in hiring really makes you stand out as an employer and makes candidates feel like big fans of the company, no matter how it turns out.

Customer Support Representative
I love that everything is explained thoroughly so you know what to expect. There was an initial recruiter interview, then a take home assignment, followed by an interview with the team and a background check. They want to see how you handle problem solving, so it's not necessarily about getting the right answer but how well you use your resources and approach challenges. I truly enjoyed every step of the process and was given details about each and next steps. The team interview was very pleasant and conversational with a portion being a "mock support call". Come prepared with questions as it is also an opportunity for you to interview them and ensure it is an aligned opportunity. I was able to ask my questions and receive honest answers that allow me to get insight into the work culture.
- Can you share an example of feedback you received from a previous employer and how you handled it?
- Tell me about how you approach problem-solving and utilize resources when faced with challenges.
- How would you handle a simulated customer support call?
Senior Software Developer
Started with an intro call with the recruiter. Then had a behavioral interview with the engineering manager. After that, a take-home technical assessment where I had to implement product requirements, with no time limit. Next was a technical interview with software developers, where we reviewed my take-home assessment and they asked more technical questions, but no live coding. Finally, a behavioral interview with a product manager and the director of engineering, followed by an offer. Everyone I met was really nice and the recruiter was super engaged and responsive. The interviews felt more like discussions, which was great.

Senior Software Development Engineer in Test
I applied for a job I saw on LinkedIn. My first chat with the recruiter was good; they explained the role, how the team is set up, and the company's growth plans. I also liked hearing about the pay, benefits, and that they let you work from anywhere. But, things went downhill after that. I followed up, but it took them almost four weeks to reply to set up the next step. By then, I figured they weren't interested and had moved on. The beginning was promising, but the hiring process needs work on organization and timely communication. Making the hiring process smoother and providing faster updates would really make candidates feel better. I'd suggest they review their hiring workflow to match the professionalism they seem to aim for.
- Can you describe the role?
- Could you tell me about the team?
- What kind of challenges is the team facing?
