I went through 3 interview rounds with HR, the MD, and the Sales Manager. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any offer or feedback afterwards. The UK team seemed quite relaxed and young.

This was a time-consuming interview process. Interviewers would make me wait for hours to join scheduled interviews. After clearing multiple rounds, I was rejected in the last round without any reason. It was a complete waste of energy and time, and highly unprofessional. In between one of the interviews, the HR raised her voice and spoke rudely, which is not how HR should behave.

  • Why did you leave your previous company? (And a sarcastic remark: If I hadn't left my previous organization, I wouldn't be free to attend your 10 rounds of interviews.)

The interview process was quite interesting. First, the HR person asked me to introduce myself and then asked about my understanding of the company. After that, she asked me a few questions about the job role and then explained more about the organization. The next interview round I had was with NKC sir, where he asked me about my family background, education details, and previous working experience. So, it was a great interview session.

Terrible interview experience. The process lacked professionalism, and they asked very random and inappropriate questions. It felt very laid back and unprofessional. It's surprising how such a large organization functions with this interview approach. They also took a very long time to even start the interview.
