The interview process was well-organized and clearly communicated. It felt like a natural conversation and was quite enjoyable. I was told by email by the assistant when the interview time would be, and received a reminder call as well. I also was given expectations of what would follow after the interview call.

I had my Skype interview with the HR team and this was 10 minutes long. The process was quite easy as it was conducted in our college campus itself. The main problem that I faced with the Skype interview was that their was no two way video on the screen (the screen showed only my image not the image of the interview taker), this made me quite uncomfortable as I was unable to judge the expectation of HR.
