Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Jaipur Rugs.
Content Manager
The interview process was quite comprehensive and felt very natural. Everything proceeded without a hitch, and the interviewers were all very laid-back. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that made the decision to accept the offer a lot simpler.
- What are your post-MBA career goals?
Content Manager
Terrible interview experience. The process lacked professionalism, and they asked very random and inappropriate questions. It felt very laid back and unprofessional. It's surprising how such a large organization functions with this interview approach. They also took a very long time to even start the interview.
- What skills do you possess
Content Writer
So it was a pretty long process, with three different interviews. They basically guaranteed me the job and asked me to come to Jaipur for a face-to-face meeting. But then they said I'd have to pay for my own travel and lodging, which was a big problem since I'd never been to Jaipur before. I gave them dates that worked for me, and then heard nothing for weeks. When I finally followed up, they told me I didn't get the job. Really disappointed with how it all went down. Seems like a lot of internal politics there.
