I applied online and heard back from the recruiter. The first round was scheduled fast and went fine. The next step was with another associate director, as they wanted a second opinion. Then, I had a third round with a director who really dug into my resume, line by line. I felt the conversation was good, but the feedback was the opposite of what I expected. There were times of silence where I didn't hear anything for weeks. I had to chase the recruiter for updates.

The interview process was pretty straightforward compared to other places I've interviewed. First, I talked to the head document controller, and then the second stage was with the project director. They made me an offer the very next day, which I ended up declining.

I interviewed at ISG and it was a bad experience. Communication was bad, I had to chase them for a response for over a month after the assessment centre. The assessors were cold and impersonal, and using TopScore made it feel detached. I liked the initial video interview and aptitude test, but the assessment centre was jarring and unwelcoming. The feedback was vague and unhelpful. I hope ISG improves its interview process.

After submitting my online application, I received a phone call that led to my first interview. The two admin team members who interviewed me were really professional and made me feel comfortable. We discussed my current job and my activities outside of work. A second interview was set up right after the first one finished. I then met the manager, who was great. We talked more about the role and my future aspirations. I got offered the job on the same day. The whole thing took about two weeks.
