I went through the whole interview process and got to the group assessment day, which was done on Teams. It was a good experience, and even though I didn't get the job, I'd still suggest this company.

The hiring process for this graduate scheme is quite demanding. It starts with an online application, followed by a video recorded interview. Then, there's a group interview held at the head office with other graduates, and finally, a last interview. To do well, you really need to know the company's core values inside and out, as this will help you a lot.

Behavioral Technical Group Presentation

It was a pretty standard interview process: Video Interview, Assessment Centre. The Assessment Centre itself was fine but the main reason for my negative review is that they gave absolutely no feedback after it. I feel this is bad practice because everyone who participates in an Assessment Centre puts in a lot of time preparing for it and therefore should get some feedback. When I emailed them to ask if I could get any feedback, they completely ignored my emails. Really unimpressed with their rudeness and they clearly don't live up to their own company values.
