It was a pretty chill interview. I talked to a bunch of people who do the same job I do, and they seemed really real with their questions and answers. If I hadn't gotten a much better offer somewhere else, I would've taken this job.

It was a pretty long hiring process. Started with submitting an application, then I had to do some prerecorded video questions where I got a minute to answer each one after seeing it. These were mostly about company values and stuff. After that, I was invited to an online assessment centre which took up a good chunk of my day, like 3 or 4 hours. It involved both a group task and an individual activity where I had to give a presentation to two assessors. The final stage was an in-person interview in London, which I had to take a day off work to travel for. It lasted about 45 minutes and had two assessors who wanted to talk about competencies and values again. I never heard back after that, which was super disappointing and has made me see the company in a bad light. It would've been nice to get some feedback, even if it was a no. I work in cost consultancy now, and honestly, ISG seems really unresponsive from a professional standpoint. If they'd just communicated a yes or no, it would've been better. It's a shame because I put a lot of effort into this drawn-out process.
