This was a horrible process. There were 5 interviews for an entry-level position. The recruiter leads you on, making you think you'll get the job, but after 2.5 hours of interviews, you get an automated rejection email, just like those who didn't even interview. All 5 interviews involved asking the exact same questions.

Process was divided into 4 meetings: 1. Screening 30 min 2. Engineering manager 30min 3. Offline coding task 105min 4. Final team interview 60 min. It's been over 2 weeks since final interview without any feedback. I've sent followup email which has been ignored. I've invested over 3.5h into your process, I've waisted a lot of time on your side and you couldn't send an automated email with decline? Im not mad that they hired other candidate, im mad that they could not send short decline email and ghosted my followup after final call. This is totally disrespectful, shame of you.

So, the interview process has a few steps. First, there's like an initial chat to get to know each other. Then, you meet with a team lead. After that, they give you a project where you have to make a slide deck or presentation. The last interview is with the actual team members. I found it pretty demanding, like more than usual, but totally doable. The worst part was they totally ghosted me after the final interview. I had to chase them down to find out what was up, and the team lead eventually told me via email they'd already hired someone. It took me like two more weeks of trying to get that answer.

The whole team was super friendly and they had clear communication throughout the process. I always knew what was expected of me and had a clear picture of the timeline which is always helpful. Here is a little snapshot of the interview process for this role: - First round: Zoom with my direct supervisor (30-45 minutes) - Second round: Zoom with the Talent Acquisition team (1 hour) - Electronic assessment to establish what type of worker/teammate you are - Third and final round: Zoom with HR team (1 - 1.5 hours)
