This was a horrible process. There were 5 interviews for an entry-level position. The recruiter leads you on, making you think you'll get the job, but after 2.5 hours of interviews, you get an automated rejection email, just like those who didn't even interview. All 5 interviews involved asking the exact same questions.

The interview process was a mess. It started with an initial chat, then a longer second chat with the hiring manager. After that, I had to do a big project with some test questions and make video explanations for it. Finally, there was a panel interview. Even though the job required technical skills, they didn't ask any technical questions outside the project. Honestly, it was the worst managed process ever, and I regret the time I spent on it.

I had a Zoom interview which went well, and then I was given a project to test my product knowledge. I actually enjoyed it. After that, there was supposed to be a team interview, but I didn't get to that stage. I felt positive about the experience overall, though I ended up feeling ghosted. I followed up a week after submitting my project and didn't hear back, only to see the same job post on LinkedIn again. It was disappointing because I really liked the process and the manager I spoke with.
