The interview process was pretty straightforward and moved fast. A recruiter reached out to set things up, and it kept moving. We had a 30-minute chat with the recruiter first, then met with the hiring manager, and the final round was a panel interview.

The interview process included a phone interview, a Zoom interview, a "homework" assignment, and a final interview. The initial phone interview was pretty standard, but what stood out was that I was given a clear roadmap of the subsequent steps, which is a big plus compared to other companies. The Zoom interview was with the hiring manager and was intense but productive, focusing on their core needs. The "homework" was enjoyable and not overly demanding; it was a good way to see what they were looking for and a chance for me to shine. The final interview was with seven people, which felt a bit intense. Afterward, there was a game called "power struggle," and then I had the opportunity to address any concerns they had about me.

The HR process here could use some work. I initially interviewed for a PM role and had a 30-minute phone screen with an HR person I really clicked with. They told me I'd get an email the next day for a call with the hiring manager. I followed up the next evening since I hadn't heard back. Six days later, I got an email saying they were hiring someone else, and the HR person didn't even know at the time of our interview. About a week after that, I was asked to interview for a different PM role. This time, I went straight to a video chat with the hiring manager. We connected well, and they also said I'd hear back in a couple of days about interviewing with the team. I followed up again after not hearing anything for several days. A couple of days later, I got an email saying they went with someone else. It was so unprofessional. If you promise to follow up, you should actually do it!
