First, I sent in my resume. Then, I got called for an interview, which could have been in person or online. After they gave me an offer, I had to do a skills test to check how good I am with Microsoft stuff. It was all pretty simple and went smoothly.

It was a smooth and easy process. The HR contact was pleasant to deal with. The assessment and steps involved were reasonable. The background check was also appropriate considering the clients. After acceptance, there's negotiation on the initial offer, and they're usually flexible with your salary expectations because they frequently need people.

I was initially contacted in May about the KYC Analyst position. After I replied, there was no further communication. They reached out again recently for the same role. The interviewer was significantly late due to 'technical difficulties' and offered no sincere apologies. This set a negative tone from the start, diminishing my interest in the job. The interviewer had a strong Indian accent, making it challenging to understand his questions. If you're in the UK working as a hiring manager or team lead and struggle with clear communication, please reconsider interviewing candidates. Many people are unemployed and stressed, and the last thing they need is an interviewer like the one I encountered. Despite the poor interview experience, I still showed interest and asked thoughtful questions, but the interaction remained uninspired and dull. I will not be applying to this company again.

I had a previous experience with Integreon. It was my second company. It's fairly easy for experienced folks to get hired there. But, salary and position need to be negotiated and finalized before HR, and you need to stick to your guns. Their HR and work ethics really depend on the Directors, and sometimes you might get overlooked. Your contributions might not get noticed because it's all a bit chaotic. On the plus side, they do pay on time. You'll need to pass tests during the training period. Your actual job placement will depend on what the clients need. If you're in a tough spot and can't find other work, this could be an option. You might find opportunities for advancement because there are many mistakes around, but I wouldn't suggest this company for a long-term career, except maybe for HR or Director roles.
