Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Integreon.
Analyst
It was a fast interview process with four stages. First, there was an initial phone call, followed by an HR interview, then a Head of HR interview, and finally a Manager interview. The entire process took one day. The onboarding process was long, and there was a series of exams before the last two interviews.
- What is your experience duration?
Analyst
The interview process consisted of five rounds: an initial HR call, a logical and aptitude test, followed by a research test or workshop. After that, there was a managerial round and finally a telephonic round with a senior process manager, scheduled according to their shift timings. I think the telephonic round with the shift managers could be better, connecting with them can be difficult because the higher-level managers are abroad, making it an international call.
- What are your short-term and long-term goals?
Analyst
The whole process involved 3 stages. First up was an aptitude test, which is pretty straightforward, honestly. If you can't pass that, you probably shouldn't be here. Then there was a financial analysis and report writing task for a public limited company, which was a bit tricky because the parameters for the report were hard to get. But I actually enjoyed it. The final stage was two interviews. The last one was the most fun, the interviewer really dug into my personality to see if I was a good fit.
- Were the interview questions related to the role, and was it very technical?
- Did you find the interview questions to be easygoing?
