So, they had walk-ins going on from Nov 15-19, 2012. I applied in Oct 2012. First, you fill out a form with your name, education, and work experience. Then there's an aptitude test with 30 questions: 20 easy math/reasoning ones and 10 on a mortgage case (fixed vs. floating rates). This test is 45 mins, no negative marking. If you pass, you take a skill test on mortgage concepts. It's subjective with 20 questions based on a given case. You get 1 hr 45 mins for this, read the case first. One mistake can get you eliminated here. After this, there's an HR interview (1:1) with questions about you, your resume, salary expectations, and night shift comfort. They might also ask questions from the second test paper, so study it well. Then, a psychometric test where you type answers to general questions about personality, work experience, abilities, and recent successes/disappointments. This takes time. Finally, a technical interview with one person asking general HR-type questions.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What can you tell me about your resume?
- What are your salary expectations and why do you expect that amount?

They have like 4 rounds of interview. 1st round is group discussion... here they will only ask about yourself... there is no as such GD topics. 2nd round is aptitude test (grammar only) which is quiet easy.. 3rd is hr round which is very simple they will just ask u about yourself, family background, comfortable with the shift timings, bond for a year... 4th round is research test which is for two hours... now this is the most difficult one although its quiet easy.. you need to do research on few topics.... 5th round is technical round.... here they will ask u general stuff...how will you do research on specific data n so on....
- The research test is the most difficult because data is not easily accessible and pages don't load; the company website is hidden on their PCs, making quick searches difficult.
- Is the research test the most challenging part because you can't find the data easily and the page doesn't open?
- The company website is hidden on their PCs, so finding information quickly is tough.

The process started at 11 am with a fitment round since there were multiple roles available. After we mutually agreed on a role, there was a quick aptitude test. If that was cleared, an in-depth research test followed, and if that was cleared too, an interview was conducted. The whole process wrapped up by 5 pm on the same day. It was courteous, swift, and fairly well-organized.
- Would you be amenable to working rotational shifts?
