The whole thing kicked off with an aptitude test, which had logic, math, and English stuff. Then, there was an essay writing part, where I picked 'privatisation of education- good or bad'. They only picked about 7 people out of 40 for this. Next, a general interview happened, covering things like 'Tell me about yourself' and 'What exactly do you think you'll be doing?'. They also clarified the job details. Two people got axed here. After that, it was guesstimate questions, one-on-one. My interviewer really drilled down into my CV, asking stuff straight from it. I got about 30 minutes for my guesstimate. I waited hours and then got a rejection call at reception, no feedback at all. Only one person out of the initial 7 made it to a second guesstimate round. I'm not sure how many more stages there are, but it feels like it could go beyond one day.

I applied in Jul 2017. The whole thing took 1 day. There were 5 rounds total: HR Round where I did an Aptitude Test (1 Hour) on Quant, logic reasoning, and Verbal, then a Technical Test (3 Hours) about finding info from web searches, and a Manager Interview.
