Digital Marketing Manager
We rescheduled our initial phone call three times. When we finally connected, the recruiter seemed disengaged and read from a script without offering any feedback or showing personality. Despite sending a detailed thank you email, I received an automated rejection four days later, even though they initially said I'd get a response within 24 hours. Given the multiple reschedules and the eventual call, I expected more than an automated rejection with no specific feedback.

Technology Operations Supervisor
The first chat with Talent Acquisition went fine, but the second round was a letdown. It was a 30-minute call with the Tech Service Manager and the Senior Manager of Tech Operations. Even though "problem management" was in the job description five times, they didn't ask anything about it. Since the job is about leading a team, I was expecting questions about leadership style, team development, goal setting, or motivation, but nothing like that came up. I always ask about company culture. The answer was not great. The Senior Manager didn't respond at all, and the other manager, who is not in Atlanta, just said he heard they do “fun stuff” there but didn't really know much else. That's a bit worrying. Culture should be clear and led from the top, especially by senior leaders.
- What's your preferred training method?
Creative Design Analyst
This was a really bad experience. The HR was awful, possibly outsourced through ANSR. They were unresponsive and provided no updates, forcing me to constantly follow up. The process dragged on too long; I applied in April and only got the first call in May. It started with a detailed assignment (round 1), followed by a 14-day wait for the second round with the Design Manager in India. After passing that, I had a third round with someone from the US, which I also cleared. Then, they requested a fourth round. Although I was okay with it, it happened, and then they completely ghosted me, with no calls or emails. Even without selection, I deserved to know. After numerous attempts to contact them, they finally responded in June, stating a negative outcome. I wasted three months. I asked for feedback, and they promised to email it, but again, I was ghosted. I still haven't received any explanation for not being hired after four interview rounds. It's just too bad.
- How do you handle receiving feedback?
Accountant
The interview process involved a recruiter call, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by another manager. After that, there were interviews with two peer managers, and finally, an onsite interview with the finance Vice President. The whole process was lengthy and took about 4-6 weeks to get a rejection. The office was nice, and I was told about a hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office.
