Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Inspire Brands.
Accountant
The interview process involved a recruiter call, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by another manager. After that, there were interviews with two peer managers, and finally, an onsite interview with the finance Vice President. The whole process was lengthy and took about 4-6 weeks to get a rejection. The office was nice, and I was told about a hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office.

Accountant
HR interview, then Manager interview, followed by two senior manager interviews. It's been almost two months and I haven't heard back about an offer. Better communication from HR would have been nice. The interview itself was very pleasant, and everyone was really nice.

Staff Accountant
My first interview was virtual. Went over my resume, background and experience. We also discussed the job, company and role. My 2nd interview was in person. Went over a lot of the same things and got to see the office.
