Had a usual recruiter screen that I thought went well but at the end I was pressed on why I left my previous companies (one from several years ago) and the recruiter seemed very judgmental about it. Was told I seemed like a good candidate for the role and I would be contacted the following week. Was ghosted and got an auto rejection email several months later.

The interview started with a Teams call with the hiring manager, which was pretty relaxed and more of a get-to-know-you conversation. Afterward, I got an invite for another chat with a senior engineer. This one was tougher, not super technical, but still challenging. After that interview, they gave me some pointers on how to improve for future interviews. Overall, it was a really good experience.

I applied online and went through what felt like an average interview process. I had three panel interviews scheduled. Unfortunately, they ghosted me after the final round, eventually informing me they were proceeding with another candidate. The interviewers asked many questions tailored to specific issues they were encountering, and honestly, I'm not sure what they were looking for. The whole interview felt like an eye wash. The final round never actually happened, and then there was complete radio silence. Given this experience, I can confidently say I won't be applying to this company again in the future.

This was one of the worst interview processes I have experienced. I interviewed the day before Thanksgiving, then had a second round with the manager the following week, and a final round with the team a few days after that. All the interviews went great, and the team seemed impressed with my experience and how well I could complement them. After this, I heard nothing back. I contacted the recruiter after the New Year to check on my status and was told they were still deciding. Today, I finally received a generic rejection email. There's no good reason for an interview process to drag on for two months, even with the holidays. It was a terrible experience overall, and Inovalon needs to improve.
