First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Infinite Computer Solutions.
Front-End Engineer
Process started very smoothly L1 done and questions were all related to the angular no JS. it was too easy. L2 done on and level was up asked in depth question related to the angular cycle basically architecture related things. Managerial round- its basically the cultural round and it was positive as he was saying you will be working on this pod or project discussing about the project details.. Now after all this stages HR ghosted out. HR activity.
- Can you explain the Angular lifecycle?
- What are the new features in Angular 19?
- What were the changes introduced in Angular 16?
HR Operations Analyst
The process kicked off well with a recruiter chat that felt good. But then, the hiring manager interview was a mess. They didn't seem to know my resume and asked stuff that didn't fit me or the job. It was rushed, and I got cut off a lot when I spoke. Questions were unclear, and the manager couldn't explain them better. It was all over the place. Then, I found out the job changed from remote to onsite/hybrid without anyone telling me. I had to chase them to figure things out. This lack of communication was bad. So, the start was okay, but the rest was messy and unclear.
- What's your strategy for staying organized when dealing with a lot of hiring?
Software Development Engineer
First, there was a group discussion round where you had to speak for 3 minutes on a given topic or any topic you choose. Then, an aptitude test focused on SQL, numerical problems like boats and streams, averages, time, speed, distance, and train problems. This was followed by a technical interview covering OOP, SQL, and your projects. Finally, an HR round asked about your favorite destination, family, and yourself.
- What is Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) encapsulation?
- Tell me about a project you've worked on.
- Write some code from your project and explain it to me.
HealthShare Engineer
They told me to hop on 5 mins early, which I did. One interviewer joined just to say, "Let's keep working and start at the start time." So, we all awkwardly sat there with our cameras off until it officially began. The questions were decent, but I think they either weren't asking what they wanted, or I wasn't grasping the question correctly. This meant I had to answer every question in a few different ways. About 10 minutes in, things weren't going too well, and one of the three interviewers just left without a word. It was a really disrespectful and awkward experience. I wouldn't recommend it.
- Basic knowledge of InterSystems was covered.
