So, I had a technical round, then an online test, and then the HR round. I cleared all of them. In the HR round, we even talked about the salary. But it's been like 3 weeks and still no offer letter. When I asked, they said they want someone who can join immediately, which they didn't mention before, and they agreed to my notice period and still did the interview.
