I had a telephonic chat with a program manager that went for an hour. Then, there were two face-to-face meetings with VPs, each lasting 30 minutes. Finally, there was an HR chat. It felt like the company didn't really have a set process. The senior folks were sharing stuff that wasn't true about the company, and the managers didn't seem to have much say. The VP was just okay, hyping up big company numbers that are not real.

I went through 5 rounds for 2 different accounts. The phone and F2F interviews covered many project management topics using real-life scenarios. These included discussions about agile experience, costing, billing, and how to deal with people challenges. The interviews were very practical, focusing on real situations, choices, and the consequences of those choices. After that, there was a higher-level interview with HR. The HR head gathered detailed information, including hobbies, and had an extensive conversation about my past experiences. In total, the process gave a good understanding of the job's challenges.

The interview process was pretty good and went smoothly. It involved three rounds of interviews, and the difficulty was about medium. Everything was done virtually, and one of the rounds included a chat with the end customer, who are in the US Healthcare industry. The whole thing took about 3 to 5 weeks to complete, with the offer coming out in the 6th week.
