Software Engineer
So it was Msquared. Everyone was really nice and fun to talk to, so definitely give it a shot. I unfortunately failed the last round, but maybe I'll have a chance in the future. It's been a while, but there was definitely a behavioral interview, some technical interviews, and an interview with the CEO. The behavioral and chat with CEO felt like a casual conversation, they tell you about them, you tell them about you. It was one of the best experiences I had.
- A take-home assignment was given, followed by a technical interview focused on explaining your process and design decisions.
- A simple systems design interview was also included.
Technical Product Manager
We had a bunch of interviews, which was great because it really let me get a feel for the company culture. It was a mix of technical and behavioural interviews, and then a final 'fit' interview with the CEO. For most of the interviews, there were two interviewers.
- Can you share an example of when you exemplified our company values?
- How do you navigate disagreements with team members?
- Walk me through a successful product launch and its key performance indicators.
Executive Assistant
The interview process started with a call from the Talent Manager, followed by a chat with the person currently in the EA role. I was then told I was moving to a final interview, but that the role had changed. They said they'd be in touch soon because they thought I was a good fit. That was three months ago, and even after following up several times, I've been ghosted.
- Describe a situation where you had to manage a challenging key stakeholder.
Lead Software Development Engineer in Test
Easy but many rounds! That's the only. Problem with company's likes to follow faang model of multi stage interview to make it look like vigor but its very shallow on the face of it. Just need the tech rounds and the rest is just painful and not needed.
- Talent screen Read from a list to make sure your human.
- Hm interview Basic stuff Restful
- Code test Did it with postman
