The interview process was amazing. From the initial screening call to how they communicated throughout, it was truly next level! I was bummed not to get an offer, but maybe one day. I felt like everything was organized, and even the automated messages were personalized and made sense.

The interview process was great. I spoke with two people from the creative team. They wanted to know about my skills and my production design experience. In the end, my background wasn't quite what they were looking for since I was hoping for a more creative role, but I really liked how upfront they were.

I had my first interview with my direct manager, then I had a second round of interviews with five people back-to-back. The interviewers were mostly nice and smart, but one was a bit strange. That person was 10 minutes late, and when I mentioned I couldn't stay late to make up for it, they got curt. Heads up for others interviewing - make sure your schedule is flexible that day, as this was definitely a mistake on my part!

The interview process took over 15 hours across more than a month, including a take-home assignment which was a red flag. After a verbal offer, there was a period of silence despite follow-ups. The recruiter eventually explained they were reconsidering an internal referral but I was still the top choice. A week later, an email confirmed they chose the other candidate. The hiring manager did not communicate directly after the verbal offer. This experience with the team was very negative, wasting time and causing anxiety, and ultimately felt like the effort was disregarded.
