Great interview experience. The recruiter was super communicative and kept me in the loop about everything. The process wasn't too long, and the pace was good, usually one call or interview per week, unless the interviewer was busy or out of office. The interview stages included: 1. Recruiter screening call 2. Hiring Manager interview 3. Team lead interview (technical focus) 4. Panel interview focusing on presentation skills 5. Chief Technology Officer interview covering strategy and vision 6. HR call.

Behavioral Technical

Applied via LinkedIn and after two weeks, had a quick 5-10 minute HR screening call about my background, pay expectations, and availability. Four days later, I got a call saying I was shortlisted. The first interview was about an hour, focusing on past experiences with both direct technical and situational questions. A week after that, I had a second hour-long interview with the Business Operations Manager and Reporting Manager. I heard back within a week and got the offer. The whole process felt really friendly and supportive, and they were helpful if I needed clarification. I think with good prep, it's pretty manageable.

Presentation Behavioral

I reached the final stage of the interview process for this Marketing Specialist role, which involved a campaign presentation. After that, I was ghosted. I followed up once and was told a decision would be made the following week as they were waiting for another stakeholder. Since then, they've been silent. What's most disrespectful is not getting an answer. They were quick to chase me and wanted the presentation done fast, but then went silent. If a candidate puts in the time and effort for your process and does a presentation, the least you can do is provide feedback. It leaves an awful impression of the company.

Other

The hiring process left me disappointed. I was scheduled for an interview, and after letting the recruiter know about a scheduling conflict, I was told they would reach out with a new time. That never happened, and instead, I was later sent a rejection without ever having an interview. This makes me question their communication and follow-through, which might hint at the company's internal culture. A more open and respectful process would leave candidates with a better impression, no matter the outcome.
