Business Solutions Consultant
Great interview experience. The recruiter was super communicative and kept me in the loop about everything. The process wasn't too long, and the pace was good, usually one call or interview per week, unless the interviewer was busy or out of office. The interview stages included: 1. Recruiter screening call 2. Hiring Manager interview 3. Team lead interview (technical focus) 4. Panel interview focusing on presentation skills 5. Chief Technology Officer interview covering strategy and vision 6. HR call.

The process felt clear and efficient. I was kept in the loop about the steps. After each part, I got thorough feedback from the recruiter. IFS really seems to care about their employees, and it feels like you'd be joining a fantastic group of driven and professional individuals.

I had an initial chat with an HR person from Sri Lanka who was recruiting for a position in India. The first screening call went well, and they mentioned I'd have a follow-up discussion with a subject matter expert. After waiting about two to three weeks and following up a bit, I suddenly got a rejection email.
- Tell me about your experience working in field service.
