The interview process involves several stages to assess candidates on their technical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and how well they fit with the company culture. It ends with a hiring decision. First, there's an initial screening, then detailed technical tests, followed by system design and behavioral interviews to get a full picture of the candidate.

Applied via LinkedIn and after two weeks, had a quick 5-10 minute HR screening call about my background, pay expectations, and availability. Four days later, I got a call saying I was shortlisted. The first interview was about an hour, focusing on past experiences with both direct technical and situational questions. A week after that, I had a second hour-long interview with the Business Operations Manager and Reporting Manager. I heard back within a week and got the offer. The whole process felt really friendly and supportive, and they were helpful if I needed clarification. I think with good prep, it's pretty manageable.

So, the process usually kicks off with submitting an application and then a quick chat with HR. After that, there's a technical interview where they check your problem-solving and technical chops. Then you'll do a panel or hiring manager interview, which is more about your experience, how you work with others, and if you're a good fit culture-wise. The last step before getting an offer is the reference and background checks.

  • Can you walk me through a recent project, highlighting the difficulties encountered and how you overcame them?
