I was recommended by a colleague at IFS, and it all happened really fast, got hired within three weeks. So, the manager scheduled the first interview two days after I said I was open to interviewing. Then, the second interview was about a week later. After that, I was invited for a panel interview where I had to prepare a pitch. It takes a bit of time to prep, but it's actually fun and really helps them get a good feel for you.
