The interview process itself wasn’t bad. I made it through multiple rounds, including a final one with a VP, and everyone I spoke with was nice. The role and company seem interesting, and I had a referral. That said, the communication toward the end was awful. After my final interview I emailed HR a week later and got a vague reply saying they’d have an update “soon.” It’s now over a month later since my last round interview, still no word, and the role has already been taken down and reposted. Being ghosted like that is absolutely ridiculous. It’s really frustrating to put in all that time and effort, do well in every round, and then basically be left hanging with zero clarity. If you apply here, just know you might not hear back for weeks (if at all) and you’ll be left guessing what’s actually happening.

HR contacted me for an initial screening, then I had a technical interview with two people. Right after that, I was set up with a third interview with another technical person. Then I was scheduled for a fourth interview with a manager. I thought I had the job in the bag. Just 3 minutes before the scheduled interview, HR called and said it had to be rescheduled. I waited for a follow-up, but nothing came. I emailed once, waited a weekend, and emailed again. The next day, I got a response saying they weren't moving forward. I asked for feedback but never received any. A lot of time spent with no offer.

AVP/VP Business Development
Applied online and was contacted by a talent specialist for a Zoom call with the hiring manager. The HM discussed the role and team broadly but lacked details on timeline, process, or logistics. Over two months, there were 7 interviews with different team members, sometimes scheduled with little notice after long periods of no communication. The 4th call was with someone from the talent team who was dismissive when asked about the process, timeline, and ideal hire date, stating it would be "as many as needed to get the right person in the seat." Despite 7 calls with 7 team members, a case study, presentation, or onsite component might still be required. Three weeks after being told I'd hear about next steps after they met with final candidates, there has been no communication, not even an automated rejection.

It was a month-long interview process. The first few rounds involved chatting with team members about the day-to-day tasks. Then there was a HR chat about salary. The last round was with the manager in person. It was a good experience, the team seemed great. But the reason they gave for not hiring me didn't make much sense and seemed to go against what they asked for in the job description. It's also weird because they've posted the job again a few times and it's been open for months, so I'm not sure if they are even really looking to hire someone.
