Had one virtual call with a HR coordinator where we discussed culture and company lifestyle. Also spoke to Vice Presidents during the same call. The 2nd round involved talking with Senior Vice Presidents and the Managing Director. Got an offer within a week after the second round.

The interview process had 5 rounds in total, involving the hiring manager, region head, COO, and VPs. It wasn't difficult, more of a cultural/vibe check. They are a lean team in Hong Kong, expanding the office. The package offered wasn't very competitive though.

The interview process was several hours long. They gave me a verbal offer, but then they ghosted me with no rejection. If you are interviewing here and get a verbal offer, my advice is to keep looking elsewhere because it was a complete waste of time for everyone involved.
