The interview process consists of about 10 interviews, according to HR. I made it to the 6th interview. So far, all interviews were technical. Each technical interview involves solving a standard LeetCode problem and then answering questions about different technologies, which get harder as you progress. I was demoted to a lower level to justify a lower salary. I spent about 2 months in the process and was ultimately rejected after completing 60% of it, with no feedback provided.

The interview process felt pretty standard, similar to what others have described. I went through several rounds for the role and was advanced after each one. However, I ended up being ghosted with no feedback at all. It's really disappointing that the HR couldn't even be bothered to provide feedback after wasting weeks of my time. The interviews themselves were moderately difficult. I had one live coding question, and the other rounds varied in difficulty. I felt confident after each stage, but still, no feedback even after I followed up. It was completely unprofessional.

First, I chatted with the HR manager, then I received a coding test. The initial round focused solely on my expected compensation, with no behavioral questions. They also inquired about my location.
