First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HTC Global Services.
Senior QA Automation Engineer
They had an L2 interview that lasted about an hour and a half with three people on the panel. I got an email saying they had positive feedback. The HR recruiter also mentioned positive feedback from the panel and that they'd schedule the client interview, but I haven't heard back since. I really liked how they conducted the interview, focusing on real-time scenarios and framework questions, with no random Java programming questions.
- All real-time scenarios and framework-related Questions were asked, and I had to show every flow.
Software Engineer
The interview process usually consists of three main stages: first is the coding test to evaluate problem-solving and programming skills, followed by the technical round to assess domain knowledge and project experience, and finally the HR round to understand communication, teamwork, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Could you start by telling me a bit about yourself?
- Could you share some details about the projects you've worked on?
- Tell me about your certifications and what you learned from them.
Process Associate
The interview process is generally straightforward. While interacting with the interviewer is easy, it's important to have knowledge of OTC if you're applying for an order management position. The HR round is typically simple. This process is for BPS interviews, not for IT roles, as it includes technical aspects.
- Can you describe your past work experience and how you've managed challenging situations?
- Do you understand the Order-to-Cash process?
- Is this application for an order management position?
Senior Android Developer
I got a call directly from HR for a role in Hyderabad and the interview was scheduled right away. It was an easy interview with basic questions about my profile and all the technologies I know. I answered most questions correctly, maybe missed one or two minor ones, I was 95% sure of my answers but I got a negative response, not sure why.
- Can you elaborate on all the Android Components?
- Could you explain the MVVM pattern?
- What do you know about Jetpack?
