First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein.
Intern
The first stage was a group dynamic facilitated by a partner team from the job site. The questions were simple, but the organization was terrible. They split us into two groups, one with 12 people and another with 5, which was a terrible division and obviously affected the outcome. It was a mess; if you don't know how to work with a large number of people or organize yourselves, then don't work in Recruitment. There should have been someone directly from the Hospital present at all stages to monitor the recruitment process.
- What value do you identify with?
- Quick project idea to help patients from the SUS.
- 1-minute pitch.
Nurse
The interview involved HR and the manager, and it was a group interview. HR didn't share any information about benefits or the company and said the feedback would be in 15 days, but I never received it. I found both HR and the manager to be totally unprepared. HR only asked about my graduation year, availability, and postgraduate studies. The manager asked how I handle conflict and how my superior sees me. And with all this information, they would choose someone lol. If you didn't get feedback either, check the portal, it shows there. For me, it appeared after about 14 days.
- Experiência
- Como seu superior te vê
- Como age diante de um conflito (seja com os funcionários ou paciente/familiar)
Lawyer
The interview started on time, with discussion about the role and what the company expects. There was also space for me to share my expectations. It was quick and to the point. They were punctual and respectful. The vibe was friendly and welcoming, making it easy to have an open and honest chat. Both sides seemed keen to align goals and sort out important questions about the process.
- Tell me about your professional experiences and career objectives.
Assistant
The interview was relaxed. They asked for more details about my past job activities. A negative point was not having the chance to ask about salary and benefits, neither during nor after the interview. I only found out about these things when I received an email saying I was approved. The HR person's attitude was terrible; she only messaged when it suited her, but disappeared when I needed her.
- What kind of activities did you do?
- What was your day-to-day like?
- How do you handle pressure?
