The process involved a screening, a test, an interview with the manager, and then hiring. It was a light experience but required a lot of attention and calm. The interview is in a group setting, but they made me feel very comfortable and calm. They explained a little about the company and benefits.

I had two interviews, and the first one's response was super quick, I got called for the second stage in just one day! However, after being approved, I had to wait 20 days to start working, even though I sent all my documents and got all the required vaccines. For an internship, they ask for a lot of documents, which I think is why it took 20 days to start. I'm still waiting to begin but I'm really excited.

It was a really tiring process, took 3 months of evaluations. First, there was a CV screening where they put about 60 people in a room for various openings, explained the role, and filtered out those not qualified as it was an apprentice position. Then, they called each person individually, collected CVs, and filled out a form. A month later, I was called for the second phase: a group activity at the institution that provides the mandatory teaching hours for the apprentice. Another month passed for the final phase: an interview with future leaders and another group activity. After the last phase, the results came out quickly.
