First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein.
Intern
The first stage was a group dynamic facilitated by a partner team from the job site. The questions were simple, but the organization was terrible. They split us into two groups, one with 12 people and another with 5, which was a terrible division and obviously affected the outcome. It was a mess; if you don't know how to work with a large number of people or organize yourselves, then don't work in Recruitment. There should have been someone directly from the Hospital present at all stages to monitor the recruitment process.
- What value do you identify with?
- Quick project idea to help patients from the SUS.
- 1-minute pitch.
Intern
The interview was welcoming and challenging. It required preparation, clear communication, and confidence in the answers. It was a valuable opportunity to demonstrate knowledge, professional posture, and interest in the institution. I don't know what else to say because I needed at least thirty words.
- Tell us about yourself and your background.
Internal Controls Analyst
They contacted me by phone and I had an interview a week after the first contact. They were about 40 minutes late, but the interview was very objective and the conversation stimulating. The interview happened more than 2 months ago and to this day they haven't had the consideration to send a response, which shows a lot of disrespect from the company towards its candidates (that day I lost my lunch break and 2 hours of my work hours).
- Technical questions, very directed to my professional history
