The interview process was well-structured and not difficult. The managers created a relaxed atmosphere.

I applied for the job on July 6th, and on the 7th I got a reply inviting me to a stage of the process where I had to record sequential videos answering questions about myself. I moved on to another phase, a group interview with some of the managers responsible for the department, where I shared my professional experiences and basic personal information. The interview itself was great! Managers explained the job responsibilities, highlighting difficulties and available hours. They also talked about the company's career plan, even using some of them as examples. My main issue was the response time; the HR person who contacted me to confirm my interview attendance and said they were available didn't reply about the timeframe for feedback, and the response came 2 months later.

It was a very smooth and quick process. The first stage was with HR, and the second was with the hiring manager. It all took place within two weeks. Everything was really fast... I even got a response about the hiring on the same day as the manager interview. I had to do a free-topic writing task and some Portuguese tests.
