Had an interview with hr, then two back to back 30 minute interviews. The first interview was the common behavioral questions like why horizon, tell me about yourself, how you handle conflict and multiple deadlines. The second interview was a space to ask questions about the job/interview basically a yap session. Then the second portion of the interview was mostly about experience I would recommend knowing your resume really well, talk about what you’ve learned. Think about time you were a leader, came up with new ideas to do the assignment.

First, there was an online HR interview. It was a standard behavioral interview and they gave me good feedback after on what went well and what I could improve. This was super helpful for the second round interview, which was online and with the hiring manager. They asked more industry-relevant questions, but also asked about my experiences and goals. The internship role is flexible, so you can work in one of many different teams.

I spoke with the Hiring Manager first, and then met with two individuals who were at his level or higher to get their take on my qualifications. The hiring manager was a director, and I also met with another Director and a VP. It was helpful because they were all invested in my success once I started the job.

I had an interview where the first round was with the recruiter and I passed the assessments. Then there was a Skype interview with the department manager and it went well, getting great feedback. However, I got an email saying the position was canceled. For a second position, a recruiter emailed me and said she'd love to speak with me about the role, but then ghosted me. I'm unsure if I'll apply again.
