Marketing Leader
My interview process started with HR, then a call with the hiring manager, followed by a meeting with the head of sales. The final round was an in-person meeting with the CEO and head of marketing. I had concerns because the company was undergoing major changes, but the hiring manager was good. I was asked a lot about firing people, but I kept going. Big red flags appeared when I met the CEO. He joked about work/life balance and admitted to having tantrums because he enjoys conflict. He also emphasized working harder, not smarter. After reading reviews that confirmed these issues, I realized the company likely monitors employees closely and distrusts them, which explains the mandatory in-office policy. It felt like a toxic environment. Despite weeks of interviews and consistent contact with the hiring manager, I was ghosted. I would have accepted the offer, but it's a very unprofessional place.

Technical Program Manager
I spoke with the recruiter first, who was super nice and told me about the job and the interview process. They asked me some general HR questions. Then, I met with the Hiring Manager. We talked about my experience and how it fit the role. They asked me a scenario-based question about how a TPM would manage work between clients and the dev team. At the end, I asked about their experience at the company, and the answers were really short and sounded unprofessional, which gave me a bad vibe about the place.

Content Writer
It was a really thorough interview process, and they were super supportive between each step. First, I met with the Sr. Content Writer who would be my direct manager. She asked some really insightful questions based on my background and work. Then, I interviewed with the Marketing Manager at the time. We didn't talk much, and I don't remember her asking a lot of questions. My final interview was with the CEO. He was very direct and to the point, which I liked. He asked me about my goals, the writing sample I sent in earlier, and why I'm interested in this job.

Program Manager
So, first I did this Wedge video thing, then a case study/situational interview with their program manager. After that, there were two more rounds: one with the CTO and another with the manager from the Product team. It was great talking to everyone, they were super nice and made me feel comfortable. The recruiter was on top of things, and they asked some really good questions about project management scenarios. The questions were pretty sensible. The company seems to have awesome perks and lots of room for growth. I definitely recommend joining them, they're doing cool stuff with AI. I couldn't accept their offer due to personal reasons.
