I had a chat with HR for the Product Manager position. The questions weren't tough, but the whole interview experience was pretty bad. I'm not really sure what they were looking for. They actually reposted the job opening after I interviewed and then told me they'd chosen someone else. Which is weird, because it doesn't seem like they did. They claim to make hiring easy, but their own process was a total mess.

Presentation Behavioral

The interview process was quite confusing. Management kept changing their minds even after extending an offer. They interviewed several candidates for the same position over multiple rounds and rejected them all. Reasons given included the role no longer being available or being moved offshore, yet they continued interviewing others. A verbal offer was made, with a promise of a written offer soon due to 'legalities'. After weeks of waiting, they rescinded the offer, stating someone else had been hired. However, no one was actually hired, and they continued interviewing more candidates for the role weeks later.
