The interview process involved a lot of nitpicking from the cross-functional department, which put candidates in a difficult position when context wasn't provided. A pushy product manager tried to pressure me on the same topic and said I wasn't specific enough. These interactions reflected poorly on their collaboration and communication skills.

Applied for one role, but was asked to do a project for a different one (Redesigning their website). Right after submitting the project, I was told the role was already offered. Then I interviewed for the original role I applied for, which involved doing another project. After presenting this second project, I had to wait a week to hear back, and only got a response after I followed up. They said they were too busy to follow up faster. The reason they gave for rejection was about things they could have asked about or assessed during the interview.
