After applying online, I was invited to do an online video interview using a tool that was easy and convenient. The recording process was smooth, and I liked the flexibility and professionalism. Even though the interview went well, I haven't heard back or gotten any updates. It would have been nice to get a quick confirmation or an idea of the timeline.

We had two phone interviews first, then two in person. The first phone interview was mainly about your background and what you expect from the role. The second phone interview was more in depth and gave you scenarios to respond to in a timed way. After that, if you passed the phone interviews, you would come in for either a panel interview or meet with multiple senior managers.

After I applied, I got asked to do a video interview, which was on-demand and on the web with limited retries. It took me a few hours to do because I had some tech issues, even though I'm good with tech. In the end, I didn't hear back from anyone, just got an automated email saying I wasn't selected.

Behavioral Presentation Other

The interview process is quite lengthy. It involves several members of upper management and directors who will observe and question you. Some of the things they observe or express concern about aren't even relevant to the job itself. For some candidates, it might feel a bit demeaning. They put you in uncomfortable situations that you wouldn't want to experience as an employee.

  • How would you approach common situations?
  • Describe your response to a given scenario.
